When recently asked to talk about sexual health in a health discussion group college students felt extremely uncomfortable. Most young people can’t talk to their parents about sex and relationships; it’s often very awkward. Many schools no longer want to 'teach' sex education for various reasons. Your friends may only be partially or misinformed themselves.

Talking openly about personal acts and your body is not an easy thing for anyone to do. Hopefully this site will help you learn what is true, what is not, and teach you more about your body, sexuality and relationships.

This site is intended for mature teens and young adults. There are also articles for adults who want to know more about their sexual health. Thank you for finding us!
